Presentation Day/Time

• By signing this agreement, you commit to being available to present at any time 20 day before the conference means you can available at any time before July 20, 2019.

• RFM staff commits to notifying all presenters of their session times as soon as possible in late June.

Presentation Title, Description, Content, and Slides:

• RFM will use the information you submitted for marketing activities.  RFM Staff will edit your session description and bio for clarity and length, as needed.

• This event will be online, so you to be available with Good Camera and Mic. 

• We will use ZOOM Meeting Software for the recording purpose, so kindly install it in your system.(Don’t free, if you don’t know how to use it, simple contact us and we will be happy to help you.)

• As a presenter, you agree to:

  • Refrain from attempting to persuade attendees to purchase or use a specific product, service, piece of equipment, or device.

  • Refrain from partisan political views and instead ensure a balanced representation of perspectives to reflect our community’s diversity. 

  • Give a presentation that fits within a 2-hour timeslot that includes adequate time for questions. 

  • Apart from presentation slide, You will share 1 or 2 page document of actionable contents (Steps Attendee Can Take To Follow What You Share)

Presentation Materials
Copies of any visual aids and other materials used or provided by the Speaker may be made and distributed by RFM in connection with the presentation.

Video and Photo Release
Photographs, videos, direct quotes, and/or audio clips of speakers and attendees participating in the July 2019, RFM Conference are the sole property of RFM, for use for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, publications; promotional brochures; promotions or showcase of programs on our website; showcase of activities in local and/or national newspapers or programming; and other similar lawful purposes. Speaker releases RFM and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use, reproduction, publication of the images thereof. Speakers may also request copies of audio/visual materials from the presentation for their own use.

Substitutions
No substantive changes in content or presenters are made without prior written approval from RFM conference staff. In the event the original presenter is unable to attend, a substitute presenter of equal expertise will be provided and RFM staff will be contacted immediately.

Notices
Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing, to the parties at the parties’ addresses noted above or to such other addresses as each party may designate in writing to the other parties. Notice shall be effective upon receipt.

Indemnification
Speaker shall indemnify and hold harmless RFM and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of, or relating to, any act or failure to act by the Speaker or Speaker’s agents pursuant to this Agreement. 

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Bhiwani without regard to its conflict of interest provisions, and any action shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bhiwani.

Entire Contract
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with regard to all matters herein. There are no other agreements, conditions or representations, oral or written, express or implied, with regard thereto. This Agreement may be amended only in writing, signed by all parties.

Time is of the Essence
Time is of the essence regarding any and all of the obligations of the Speaker under this Agreement.

Payment
We want our speakers to share best knowledge and share the event after that. Our payment system is completely straight. We are paying our speaker on 2 bases – 

1. Affiliate Base – Speakers will be paid 50% commission on every sales they bring to us. We use 60days cookies tracking. You can track all of your earning through the dashboard we shared with you on your Email.

2. Profit Sharing – All the profit of the event will be distributed among speakers equally.

Speakers can choose any one of the above. But, as Profit Sharing will add more value to the speaker, We also want speaker to add more value in the event. This medium will add little more work for the speaker. Speakers will be paid after 5 days at the end of month as RFM team will calculate the actual profit and share exact details with the speaker.

Agreement Update
RFM Stuff will always have the right to update the agreement. It’s speaker responsibility to stay update themselves with those update.

Speaker Removal
Once we finaled a speaker, we will not remove him/her. But, RFM Stuff will  always have the full right to remove any speaker if they found any misleading or any type of bad behavior from speakers side.

Speaker Back-off
We finaled the speaker after taking his/her confirmation. That’s why it’s not possible for the speaker to pull his name back as it will harm the RFM name a lot. If any speaker pull their name back without any solid reason, they will be fined a huge penalty
